
Technology that is innovative and reliable: concepts fundamental to our corporate philosophy and that of our partner, Fava Spa. Thanks to this approach and in just a short period of time, we have become world leaders in the creation of large-scale dried pasta systems, a point-of-reference in terms of quality for couscous production lines, and manufacturers of automatic systems for fresh pasta that are unique throughout the world. We also design and create equipment and systems for small-scale pasta makers, applying the same technological features and construction methodologies utilized in large-scale installations. Expansion of our headquarters has allowed us to create an R&D laboratory with state-of-the-art equipment and highly-qualified personnel that has resulted in it being designated a “Laboratorio Altamente Qualifacto” (Highly-Specialized Laboratory) for industrial research by the Ministry for Higher Education and Research (Ministero dell’Università e della Ricerca – MUR), facilities always available to its customers. Our current goal is to broaden our product lines and services to include sectors other than our habitual ones, in particular continuous lines for baked goods doughs (pizza, focaccia, etc.) and ready-to-serve dishes.
