This is why it has chosen Storci, purchasing a new line for producing fresh regional pastas (like “orecchiette” and “trofie”) that uses Storci’s Fresh Pasta Systems, an innovative system for every technological phase of the fresh pasta production process.
A major feature of the line is the special dough preparation unit that continually feeds the shaping machines for the “orecchiette”, “trofie” and the region’s other traditional pastas. These are pasteurized to guarantee the utmost safety.
