
Storci S.p.A. participated, with its associated company Fava S.p.a., in the first edition of the Pastatrend fair in Bologna (Bologna Fiere, Bologna, from April 24 to 27, Hall 22, Stands B14-C13).
Our presence at Pastatrend gave us another opportunity to demonstrate to all the sector operators, large and small pasta manufacturers alike, that the Storci brand is synonymous with quality, offering a surefire guarantee and state-of-the-art technology..
Long-standing experience has made Storci #1 in the creation of semi-automatic lines for long-cut, short-cut and specialty dried pasta, from a minimum of 50 to a maximum of 500 kg/h, with fresh, pre-cooked and semiautomatic pasta lines for producing couscous (with production yields of between 300 and a maximum of 500 kg/h).
Storci also presented new production lines for pasta-based ready-to-serve dishes, lines for gluten-free pasta, sanitary extruders for pre-cooked pasta and continuous dough units for baked products such as pasta and pizza.
