Semi-automatic line for the production of pre-cooked wavy lasagna, pasteurized nests, cannelloni and jumbo shells (Pastas Doria – Colombia).
It comprises: vacuum press for dough sheets and special pasta shapes, folding machine for lasagna, steam pre-cooking system for dough sheets, nested pasta/lasagna machine and a handling system for the pasta on trays. The special line was designed for the Brazilian market which has a high demand for wavy lasagna: objectives achieved to the total satisfaction of customers and consumers alike.
