
Special Short Pasta Line (Pastificio dei Campi – Gragnano/Naples).
Line for the special short pasta typical of the “city of pasta”, Gragnano, with a dough preparation unit composed of Premix® and Beltmix® mixing systems, for excellent hydration of the dough. The press is constructed with variable-shaped screws and a special cylinder; these limit the heating of the dough mix and improve the quality of the product. Continuous production is guaranteed by the feeder and tray stacker which contribute to filling the trolleys at the end of the line. The operator’s task is to take the trolleys to the drying cell and supply the feeder with empty trays, at an extremely low rate.
