A really packed day which kicked off with our rendezvous in Parma station followed by transfer to Storci and a welcome aperitif and a speech from our President, Anzio Storci and Michele Storci.
After a quick visit around the company, we moved on to the key moment of the event: a tasting session for two products made with our machinery: instant pasta (more info: http://www.instantpasta.info) and gluten-free tortellini.
In a warm and friendly setting our guests tasted both products in question, provided in 5 different flavours (for instant pasta) and three different sauces (for the gluten-free tortellini). The interest in both was really high.
Many specific questions were aked and a great deal of interest was shown in the idea put forward by our company, which now is not only presenting itself as a supplier of pasta lines and machinery but as a company that wants to go one step further. For some time now we have realized that we cannot limit our production to the construction of industrial machinery for pasta production, but that we need to extend the system to include the creation of entire production processes which keep up with the times and in line with market and consumer requests. The event ended with a visit to the Pasta Museum at Corte di Giarola, sponsored by Storci, which was the perfect ending to a day that was definitely one to remember. A huge thank you to all our guests.
